The apartment is a T3 located on the second and last floor with an elevator. It includes a large room with an open kitchen furnished and equipped, two bedrooms with a closet, a bathroom with a toilet, and a shaded terrace.
Modern and functional, in a quiet and secure residence, the apartment is close to the stores. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a panoramic view over the Saint-Jacques hill.
You’ll have at your disposal : 4 induction cooking hobs, a fridge with a freezer container in the door, an oven, a microwave, an electric coffee machine (Dolce Gusto, if you’re a coffee lover), and a TV. You’ll also find some dishes and some kitchen utensils.
